When making a purchase through this website, you are agreeing to our terms of sale set out below.

Placing an order

Products on offer can be ordered through this website by adding items to your basket and completing the checkout process.
Acceptance of your order will be confirmed by email and delivery of products to the address provided at checkout.We will contact you using the email address provided to confirm your order and dispatch once accepted by our delivery service provider. Depending on the delivery service, you will be provided with a tracking number for the delivery that can be used on the delivery partners website to track the detailed location and delivery estimate of your shipment. 

All purchases are subject to UK Law.

Mr Robs Products are produced in the United Kingdom, Milton Keynes – unless otherwise stated.

Product descriptions on our website are subject to change without notice.

We have the right to correct any incorrect information appearing on our website, we reserve the right to make changes which do not affect the material quality, performance or withdraw any products from sale without incurring liability.

Stock & Availability

Product availability is indicated on the relevant product page. If an item is out of stock, you can subscribe to notifications to receive an email when the item is back in stock.

Pricing

Product Prices are subject to change and are not inclusive of Value Added Tax. Value Added Tax is added at the checkout. The price of products is detailed on our product pages. We will honour prices at the time of order and upon successful completion of the check-out process. In addition to the price of the product, you are liable for the delivery charges required to fulfil your order. Prices are in Great British Pounds.

Payment

Online payment is processed via Paypal, Stripe or Apple Pay.

Returns & Refunds

Purchases at Mr Robs Honey & Products are subject to a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date received to return a purchased item. Refunds will be reimbursed to the original payment method used.

Refunds for returned items must be returned to;

·       In the original untampered packaging

·       Unopened and unused

 Excludes honey & condiment products.

Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Damaged or incorrect goods are eligible for exchange or refund.

The order and return costs if applicable, will be refunded within 72 hours of receipt. 

Photographic proof of damage is required for a refund to be granted.
